Shipping Information

Q: How do you ship orders?

A: FIGHT SHOP ships via USPS or UPS, with all packages fully insured. Customers may select their preferred service level, including Ground, Two-Day, Next-Day Air, and International shipping.

  • Heavyweight Items: Products such as boxing rings, MMA cages, wrestling rings, and heavyweight punching bags are shipped via freight carriers. Shipping for these items will be quoted by our freight department once your order is received.

Q: How long does it take to ship?

A: Orders typically process and ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Transit times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected.

Q: Can I place a rush order?

A: Yes. For time-sensitive requests, please contact our Customer Service team at (323) 460-4600 during business hours. We will make every effort to accommodate your timeline.

Q: Do you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO)?

A: Yes. Deliveries to APO and FPO addresses may require up to 14 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. International orders can be placed online by selecting the international shipping option at checkout and providing both a phone number and email address.

  • Flat International Shipping Rate: $68.23 for all orders outside the continental 48 states (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands).

  • Transit Time: 6–10 business days for all international shipments.

  • Customs/Duties: All international shipments are subject to customs, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

International Shipping Process:

  • Orders are placed on hold for review after submission.

  • Customers are contacted via email with final shipping charges and acknowledgment of customs/duties.

  • Customer approval is required before processing and shipping.

  • For security, additional verification may be requested.

Customers in Bulgaria, Cameroon, Ghana, Indonesia, Nigeria, Russia, or Venezuela must contact Customer Service directly to place orders via money order or wire transfer. Please call (323) 460-4600 or email info@fightshop.com with any questions.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

A: Yes, via USPS. However, oversized items such as heavy bags cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. In such cases, Customer Service will contact you to arrange alternate delivery.

Q: Can you ship to another address?

A: For security purposes, FIGHT SHOP only ships to the billing address on file with the cardholder’s bank. Exceptions may be made only with prior approval from management. Customers wishing to ship to a different address must first contact their card issuer to add an alternate address and then obtain written approval from FIGHT SHOP management.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Yes. Items may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in resalable condition. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

Exclusions include DVDs, books, mouth guards, gift certificates, custom apparel, and awards. A completed return/exchange form must accompany all returns.

We recommend shipping returns via UPS, insured and postage-paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable, including refused packages. Store credit or exchanges are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt, with confirmation sent via email once complete.


Ordering Information

Q: What if I encounter issues placing my order?

A: If you experience technical difficulties, please call (323) 460-4600. Our Customer Service representatives are available during business hours.

Q: Will I receive confirmation of my order?

A: Yes. An on-screen confirmation will be displayed upon checkout completion, followed by email confirmation once your order is processed and again when shipped. Please add info@fightshop.com to your safe senders list to ensure delivery.

Q: Can I fax or mail in an order?

Q: Is the website secure?

A: Yes. All orders are processed in compliance with PCI standards.

Q: When will I be charged?

A: A pending authorization is placed at the time of order. Charges are captured only when items ship. For backordered items, authorizations will refresh upon availability.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Prepaid cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) are also accepted when registered with a billing address. For phone orders, we accept checks or money orders; please allow two weeks for check clearance.

Q: Can I purchase a gift certificate?

A: Yes. FIGHT SHOP gift certificates are delivered electronically via email and expire one year from purchase.


Product Information

Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?

A: FIGHT SHOP operates with real-time inventory. Product availability is displayed once size, color, or other options are selected. Backordered items will display estimated ship dates and remain on order until restocked, unless canceled. Discontinued items will not be restocked.
